Smoothies have been a more or less staple of my morning since I got Vivianne, my beloved Vitamix, 5 1/2 years ago.
This is the OG bad mama
The OG Green Smooth... (ie) Operator
1 cup coco water
1 tbsp fresh ginger (optional and/or to taste)
1 tbsp flax (or chia or supplement of your choice)
½ cup bananas (basically half of a
½ cup cucumber (basically 1 organic
½ cup frozen blueberries
2 big handfuls of spinach
Put ingredients in blender in the order listed above and blend until smooth… ie!!! ;)
Should yield about 20 ounces give or take. Enough for 1 large smoothie or 2 smaller ones.
Pro tip: You can use fresh fruit, but try to use at least one frozen, that’s the texture
